Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided in their listings (such as phone numbers, pricing, and services) is accurate and up-to-date.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains misleading information, spam, or prohibited content without prior notice.
Business rankings or “Premium/Elite” tags are based on the vendor’s subscription plan and do not constitute a personal guarantee of service excellence by us.

4. Payments and Subscription Plans

All payments for premium subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) must be made through our authorized payment gateways. Subscription prices are subject to change as per the website’s current offers.
Subscription benefits and features are activated only after successful payment verification.
Pricing Updates: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees or feature sets at any time.

Listing Allocation Policy:

Any premium membership or subscription purchased by a vendor will apply strictly to the single business listing selected by the user during the checkout process. Other listings under the same user account will remain under the standard/free tier unless upgraded separately.

5. Lead Distribution Policy

Leads generated on the platform are not exclusive to any single vendor. To ensure fair competition and quick response, verified leads will be distributed among multiple premium members within that specific business category and location.

6. No Guarantee of Business or Bookings

Best Price in India only provides access to potential user leads but does not guarantee any successful deals, final bookings, or business revenue. The website shall not be held responsible or liable if a premium member fails to convert the provided leads into business.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundablee: Payments for premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the profile is live or leads have been generated.
In the event of a technical failure where payment is successful but the plan is not activated, we will process a manual activation or refund within 7-10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Best Price in India shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or damages resulting from interactions between a customer and a vendor found through our directory.

9. User Privacy
