- Business rankings or “Premium/Elite” tags are based on the vendor’s subscription plan and do not constitute a personal guarantee of service excellence by us.
4. Payments and Subscription Plans
- All payments for premium plans (₹10,000, ₹18,000, or ₹30,000) must be made through our authorized payment gateways.
- Subscription benefits and features are activated only after successful payment verification.
- Pricing Updates: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees or feature sets at any time.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundablee: Payments for premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the profile is live or leads have been generated.
- In the event of a technical failure where payment is successful but the plan is not activated, we will process a manual activation or refund within 7-10 business days.
